Dunmunkle Sumpoilers

The display of antique engines and related artefacts is on display annually during the event of Murtoa’s Big Weekend.

Included in the impressive museum are four massive single piston Richard-Hornsby engines dating back to 1910 (as used in the Wimmera Inland Freezing Works). These engines are believed to be the only set of four remaining on their original footings in the world.

An additional display of Single Cylinder Engine Tractors are a major drawcard. Watching the engines run is a truly unforgettable experience.

The Dunmunkle Sumpoilers have added a wonderal array of other engines, allied items and artefacts to the museum display from their own collections.
